YOU COULD BE MY MATCH IF YOU (#18): I was planning to write about selling Cathy’s condo, but while looking for pictures I found my match.com ad, and our correspondence. It made me laugh and tear up. My first ad was all about me, then I changed my ad to include these 10 things I was looking for in a person.
1. Love to walk on the beach and swim in the Gulf of Mexico, and your ideal place to live is a beach house.
2. Are looking for an equal partner to share a life of romance, travel, and fun.
3. Have seen a sunrise or sunset somewhere in the world that was so magnificent that you absolutely knew that the Lord is in heaven and you are truly blessed.
4. Are happy, healthy, slim, attractive, and don’t wear Lee Press-on nails.
5. Realize that no one is perfected are willing to communicate to be sure the we both find what we are looking for in a relationship.
6. Are willing to help plan activities and are looking for someone not afraid to try something new.
7. Have ever colored outside the lines and thought it was beautiful.
8. Are a good, honest, and trustworthy person with a “clean heart” looking for a “fresh start.”
9. Enjoy the simple things in life and occasionally like to “veg out” and take a nap or watch TV.
10. Liked my photo and are still reading this.
After posting this on match.com I went on a trip to France and Africa.
