Although their primary residence remained in Nashville, Tennessee, John and Fiona Prine, bought a second home in Gulfport, Florida in 2005. In late March of 2020, John showed signs of Covid-19 and was admitted to the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. To show their love for John, Gulfport resident held a Get Well Tribute for John at 6:00 p.m. on April 6th. Sadly, John died the next day, April 7th, 2020, of complications from Covid-19. This documentary is an extension of Gulfport’s original loving Tribute to John Prine and his family.
